Experts behind Gralio
Michal has led automation and operations projects across fintech, SaaS, and consulting. At Bain & Company, he was involved in large transformation projects. At fast-growing startups in London and New York, he's automated both internal and customer-facing processes, working hands-on with the business stakeholders and software developers. Off work, he’s usually in the mountains hiking, climbing, or skiing.
Tymon has 20+ years in software engineering and technology leadership. At Batmaid (Switzerland), he's automated processes facing hundreds of thousands customers and thousands of employees. Result? The company became 4x more efficient than the nearest competitor, so it ended up acquiring that competitor. Outside of tech, you’ll find him windsurfing or cycling.
Tymon is a seasoned CTO who loves finding the perfect tools for any task. He recently headed up the tech department at Batmaid, a well-known Swiss company, where he managed about 60 software purchases, including customer experience and HR software, plus various developer tools. In his 20 year long career in software engineering he’s built software solutions for Fintech, commodity trading, insurance, retail, professional services, government and many other industries. When he's not deep into tech, Tymon is out windsurfing on waves or cycling.
